Is WiraPass Free?
Yes. There are no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Do Codes Still Show Up Offline?
Yes, because codes are generated on the phone. The internet is only used for backup, sync and sign-in requests.
What If I Lose My Phone?
Sign in on the new phone and your codes come back from the backup. To let the new phone approve sign-in requests, allow it from the old phone, use a backup code, or wait 24 hours.
Can the Operator Read My Codes?
Backups are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the server, but this is not end-to-end encryption. The privacy policy explains it plainly.
Can I Move from Google Authenticator?
Yes. Export your accounts in Google Authenticator, then scan the QR with WiraPass. On the same phone, pick a screenshot of it from the gallery.
When Will It Be on Google Play?
We are preparing the Google Play release. Until then, download the official APK from this page. The iPhone version follows next year.
